1. General Information

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Glamour Ink, including all permanent makeup procedures, consultations, and touch-up appointments. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms in full.


2. Eligibility

To receive permanent makeup services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be in good health and not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your eligibility.

  • Sign a Client Consent Form and Medical Disclosure Form prior to your appointment.

Failure to disclose accurate medical information may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any payments made.


3. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is deducted from the total service fee.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your procedure.

  • We accept payments via [List accepted methods: cash, card, etc.].


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • One-time reschedules are allowed if notice is provided on time. Additional changes may require a new deposit.


5. Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit.


6. Results Disclaimer

  • Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. Final results depend on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • No guarantees are made regarding color retention, shape, or healing.

  • A touch-up session may be required at an additional cost.


7. Aftercare & Healing

  • Proper aftercare is critical to ensure optimal healing and pigment retention.

  • Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your session.

  • Failure to follow aftercare may lead to poor results and may void any complimentary touch-up offers.


8. Touch-Up Policy

  • Touch-ups are not included in the initial procedure price unless stated otherwise.

  • Touch-up appointments must be completed within the recommended timeframe ([typically 6–12 weeks]).

  • Late touch-ups may be subject to additional charges.


9. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

  • Dissatisfaction with results due to individual healing is not grounds for a refund.


10. Health & Safety

  • We follow industry-standard hygiene protocols and use sterile, single-use equipment.

  • Our artists are certified and comply with local health and safety regulations.


11. Photos & Marketing

  • With your permission, we may take before/after photos for educational and marketing purposes.

  • You may opt out by informing your artist before your session begins.


12. Privacy Policy

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health conditions that may pose a risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
