OUR POLICY

  • All clients are required to complete an Appointment Request Form. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is necessary. Appointments operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. The booking fee is credited towards your total, reserving your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
  • Please note that Credit/Debit Card, Check, PayPal, or CashApp are not accepted, and no exceptions will be made. Booking fees can be conveniently arranged through Zelle, Venmo The remaining balance must be settled in Cash at the time of your appointment. Kindly be advised that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. To make sure these transactions are processed without fees.
  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before your appointment. Your initial non-refundable booking fee will be applied to your future treatment cost. If you need to reschedule again, your booking fee will be forfeited. For clients who contact us 72 hours before their appointment but don’t reschedule, the booking fee will expire one year from the original appointment date. You can submit your rescheduling request via text or email.
  • Please note that a 72-hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments. If a cancellation occurs, the booking fee is non-refundable.
  • If you’re running more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable and will be forfeited. To reschedule, a new booking fee will be required.
  • Your booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Another appointment can only be booked once the entire procedure fee is paid. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered a no-show.
  • If you’ve had work done by another artist, even if I did your initial procedure, you would be considered a ‘new client.’ In this case, any follow-up work requested from me would be categorized as correction work rather than ‘touch-up or brow maintenance’ work.
  • No guests or pets allowed in the studio. Guests may wait in the waiting room or lobby area.

  • Curology/retinol/AHA products above eyes – 3 weeks
  • Topical acne medication above eyes – 1 month
  • Botox above eyes – 1 month
  • Post radiotherapy/chemotherapy – 2 months
  • Oral acne medication – 1 year
